Transform your relationship today
Relationships can be hard, right? Often, I've worked with couples who feel like they are stuck in a never ending cycle of anger and disappointment. The day to day routine with a lack of support and understanding. What if you could feel like your partner really got you? Like they could hear what you said the first time, know when you needed that hug, and attune to you in the way you've always desired from them? That is the DEEP and LOVING connection I am here to guide you to.
Currently for the health and safety of my clients and myself, all sessions are through a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.

I get it, the idea of starting couples therapy can be really scary. It might mean the problems have gotten to big, or that you might be on the verge of considering ending the relationship. While this can be the case, it doesn't (and shouldn't) have to be. What if you are happy enough, but when you see another couple being affectionate in public or laughing over dinner you think, "I want THAT!" Maybe things have gotten really bad, but you still remember the times you really enjoyed each other and want to get back to them.
REINVEST IN YOUR LOVE
One thing I truly believe is that the relationship dynamic can be changed by one person. If you are ready for your relationship to change but your partner isn't ready for couples therapy yet, don't get discouraged. Often the insight gained from individual sessions will create a shift that leads towards the kind of relationship you hope for.
For couples facing crisis (infidelity, betrayal, threats of divorce), the fear can be that the problems have gotten too big to fix. Establishing a safe place to explore and work through these issues with clear structure and boundaries can help to make them more manageable in the short-term, and solvable in the long-term.
